Typically the timetable depends on the lab’s production time. We try to order your new glasses the day you place the order. The turnaround time at the lab can vary from 10 to 14 business days. Some prescriptions can take longer depending on the prescription’s strength, base curve, lens material, coatings (such as mirror) and frame issues (breakage). We want to dispense the perfect pair of glasses to you so if they do not pass our inspection, we will send them back to the lab for a remake and notify you.
