Typically the timetable depends on the lab’s production time. We try to order your new glasses the day you place the order. The turnaround time at the lab can vary from 10 to 14 business days. Some prescriptions can take longer depending on the prescription’s strength, base curve, lens material, coatings (such as mirror) and frame issues (breakage). We want to dispense the perfect pair of glasses to you so if they do not pass our inspection, we will send them back to the lab for a remake and notify you.

No appointments are needed to see one of our opticians for frame styling or frame adjustments.

We currently don’t offer online scheduling online because not every appointment is the same. Some appointments require more time and special testing; therefore, we have staff to schedule those appointments appropriately.

We have four great providers serving our community. Our first available appointment is 2 to 4 weeks out, depending on the provider. We offer a waitlist for patients who want to be seen sooner and we can notify them if a last-minute opening occurs. For emergencies, we try to work them in the same day depending on the severity.

Yes, you can use your own frame as long as it is in good condition; certain frame materials last longer in certain climates. We will do our best to inspect the frame for any potential issues before sending it to the lab.

Medical insurance covers medical diagnoses, often related to the eyes such as dry eyes, diabetes, eye pain, eye infection, double vision, headaches, allergies, glaucoma, and loss of vision.

Vision plans cover a routine exam and refraction to determine a new eye glass or contact lens prescription.

We offer two advanced, non-surgical treatments for chronic dry eye using InMode technology: Forma-I radiofrequency therapy and Lumecca-I IPL (intense pulsed light).
